To make sure every guest feels comfortable here – you, just as much as everyone who comes after you – there are a few simple rules that make this possible quite naturally:

• Smoking is unfortunately not allowed inside the apartment.
• I'm not able to accommodate pets at the moment.
• Quiet hours apply between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
• Please leave your shoes in the entrance area – it helps keep things nice and clean.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• The apartment is designed for a maximum of 2 guests.
