  • How does check-in work?

    Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. Villa Solara also features a private pool, while Casa di Limoni has a charming garden and outdoor dining area.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello, offering stunning coastal views and access to Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

  • Is a late check-in possible?

    Yes. Since check-in works via the electronic door lock, you're flexible and can also arrive late in the evening or at night.

  • Can I check in earlier or check out later?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Is there a parking space?

    Yes, your own free parking space right in front of the building is included. No need to search for parking.



  • Can I bring my pet?

    No, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

  • Are towels and bed linen provided?

    Yes, both are included in the price and ready for you on arrival – the bed freshly made, towels laid out. You'll also find a hairdryer and some toiletries in the bathroom.

  • Is there a workspace with Wi-Fi?

    Yes. There's a proper desk plus free high-speed Wi-Fi – suitable for home office, video calls, and streaming. You'll receive the Wi-Fi credentials inside the apartment after check-in.
